    Battery Usage Precautions & Safety Guide

    WARNING:Failure to follow these instructions may lead to fire, explosion, proerty damage, personal injury, or reduced battery performance and lifespan.
    1.Handle the battery gently during use to avoid damage to internal components.
    2.Batteries are not allowed to be used in series or parallel.
    3.Use the matching charger to charge, lead-acid battery charger is strictly prohibited.
    4.Unauthorized disassembly is strictly prohibited during use.
    5.It is strictly forbidden to put the battery near a heat source or high temperature source (such as fire, heater, etc) to use and lien.
    6.It is strictly forbidden to expose the battery to water, and place it in a cool and dry environment when it is not in use.
    7.It is forbidden to directly touch both ends of the positive and negative electrodes with conductive objects.
    8.Please charge the battery within 0℃-40℃, you can charge it at any time during daily use.

    • What is the typical lifespan of your Li-ion and LifePO4 battery?

      The lifespan is measured in cycles. Our standard LiFePO4 batteries provide 3,000 to 5,000 cycles at 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD) while retaining over 80% of their original capacity. With typical daily use, this translates to a service life of 5-10 years, far longer than lead-acid batteries. Li-ion (NMC/Cobalt-based): Typical lifespan of 1500 - 2000 cycles (approx. 2-5 years of daily use).

    • How do I check the battery's status and health?

      Many of our advanced battery packs come with a Bluetooth module that allows you to connect to the BMS via a smartphone app. This lets you monitor real-time data such as voltage, current, state of charge (SOC), temperature, and cycle count. For basic models, the voltage can be checked with a multimeter.
