    How long does it take to charge this 72V 55Ah battery pack from empty to full? A: Charging time depends on your charger's output. Typically, with the standard 5A (Amp) charger we recommend, a full charge from 0% to 100% takes approximately 11-12 hours (55Ah / 5A = 11h, plus BMS balancing time).

    • Using an optional 10A fast charger: ~5.5-6.5 hours.
    • Using an optional 5A standand charger: ~11-12 hours.


    Important: Always use a charger specifically designed for 72V Lithium-ion/LiFePO4 batteries and approved for use with our pack. Using an incorrect or excessively high-amperage charger can damage the battery and void the warranty.

    • What is the typical lifespan of your Li-ion and LifePO4 battery?

      The lifespan is measured in cycles. Our standard LiFePO4 batteries provide 3,000 to 5,000 cycles at 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD) while retaining over 80% of their original capacity. With typical daily use, this translates to a service life of 5-10 years, far longer than lead-acid batteries. Li-ion (NMC/Cobalt-based): Typical lifespan of 1500 - 2000 cycles (approx. 2-5 years of daily use).

    • How do I check the battery's status and health?

      Many of our advanced battery packs come with a Bluetooth module that allows you to connect to the BMS via a smartphone app. This lets you monitor real-time data such as voltage, current, state of charge (SOC), temperature, and cycle count.
